The Jean Genie

After a second place finish in Tuesday night trivia, I made it to my pillow after midnight. That made breakfast yesterday seem earlier than usual, although it was at the regular time. I decided to have my eggs with my sweetheart then retreat to the bed again. It was for the best- I managed another hour and a half of shuteye before I had to be back up.

When I did get up and ready, it was for lunch at the Arboretum with Jeanne. I genuinely had a good time. She picked me up just after 11 and deposited me at the front door just before 4. Cas seemed pleasantly surprised I had enjoyed myself so much. I said, "Well, she's a very nice lady." He agreed. 

Of course, he planned to have lunch with her next week during his vacation time. I hope he has as much fun as I did.
