Friendly dinner

Last night, Cas and I went over to Adam and Jennifer's house for dinner. When we  got here, a note of congratulations was hung over the fireplace.

Aww. Cute. 

It was a good night. Jennifer made a delicious dinner, and to do my part, I made up a pitcher of margaritas and some bread pudding. 

We had a nice time and stuck around until after midnight. It occurred to me after we left that the late departure time probably wasn't strange for Cas, as he and Adam had been roommates- I think Jennifer lived with them, as well. These three had probably stayed up late together a thousand times before. 

I felt like we were imposing. I imagine the late departure was probably par for the course with those three. 

We have a lunch today with Jeanne and Dave, complete with Becky, Chad and Zoey. I am getting a little fun time in right now, since I skipped yesterday. It is probably for the best- I'm guessing Cas is still sleeping.
