Everything must go

By the end of this week, I will hopefully have a lot less stuff and a lot more money. I won't count on anything until the cash is in my hand or the checks clear, but I should be selling my motorcycle in a few hours. I also get paid on Tuesday. Oh, and the closing for Modella should be Thursday. I'm starting this week with two houses and two vehicles. I'm ending it with one of each.

The Triumph is in Dad's shop. My buyer came by yesterday to take a look. He will be back at 9am with cash in hand. Here they were checking it out:

Bike guys. It took them no time to start talking at a vocabulary level I just didn't understand. No matter- the bike will be well cared for with its new owner. 

I'm looking for a downloadable bill of sale right now. After I print one of those, I'm off to mom and dad's house.
